Living in a metropolitan area has many advantages. We are close to major shopping areas, good transportation is available, airport nearby, the arts, major industry, and other benefits that make our lives more rewarding. Also though, there are drawbacks. Large areas tend to draw people who are intent on causing mayhem and confusion, and they are the same ones willing to take risks and pursue unlawful ways to procure products.

One of the biggest targets of these types of individuals is cars and their contents. As a reminder, please make sure that you remove any, and all, items that might appeal to a person intent on stealing valuables form your vehicle. Thieves target cars with GPS systems, computers, IPhones, IPads, or any other type of electronic device that may have value. Also, if you have a pedestal that holds a device such as the ones I have mentioned, please remove it as well. Basically, leave no trace that you have these kinds of devices in your automobile. Finally, if you have had your car broken into, contact the Herndon Police as well as the Worldgate office. The police may be reached at 703-435-6846 and the Worldgate office is 703-904-7671.

Thank you for visiting our community website. Whether you are new to our community, a long time resident or considering purchasing a home at Worldgate we welcome and appreciate your interest in our community.

The goal of this website is to be an informative and convenient means of communication for our community. If you are a guest we welcome you to peruse the public areas. If you are a resident we encourage you to apply for a registered user ID and password. This will allow you to access Association Documents. These documents include Meeting Minutes, the Associations governing documents, and budget.

The property consists of two neighborhoods within one community. The Brighton neighborhood consists of 184 garden style units. The Crescent neighborhood consists of 4 midrise buildings with approximately 80 units each. The Brighton offers reserved surface parking and the Crescent offers reserved garage or surface parking dependent on the unit and title. Worldgate offers the best of both worlds, two great neighborhoods making one great community.

The Worldgate Condominium Community is located on 17.5 acres in the town of Herndon, Virginia. We are conveniently located just off the Dulles Toll Road, approximately two miles from Dulles International Airport, and 25 miles from Washington DC. The community is also located near the Herndon-Monroe Park and Ride, making public transportation easy to access. Worldgate residents also enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance of restaurants, a movie theatre, and a variety of retail shops. The community offers many onsite amenities as well, a pocket park, two outdoor pools, the Community Clubhouse, an exercise room with 24 hour accessibility, and a walking path surrounding a pond within a nature habitat.

The Unit Owners Association Board of Directors holds business meetings at the Community Clubhouse at 7:00 pm. on the second Wednesday of each month. The Board welcomes and encourages residents to attend, observe and participate in Owners Open Forum.

Residents are invited to Saturday morning coffee at the Community Clubhouse, on the first Saturday of each month from 9:30 to 11:00. This is great way to meet and stay in touch with neighbors. The Board would like to thank the wonderful community volunteers who facilitate this event monthly.
